Friendly and caring staff
My previous dog loved coming to Dogtopia. My new puppy had a great time at her meet and greet so I’m sure she’ll enjoy it too. This location is near my office.
Drop-in option, webcam, and clean facility.

Came in for a meet and greet, and the associates present couldn’t have been nicer. Very friendly, explained the different plans available and the flexibility. They also offered a 10% discount since my wife is a registered nurse. Will definitely be utilizing your facility on Hull Street.
I will go back. Staff is so friendly and no waiting hours.
Everyone was very nice and friendly, my dog loved them. The bath he got really seemed lacking of a decent shampoo.
Our meet and greet for our first day was scheduled for 8 am. When we show up that morning we're told (by someone who likely didn't set up the appointment with us the night before) that the coaches don't actually get in until 9:30- so the why did we schedule the meet and greet at 8 to begin with? I'm supposed to entrust the care of the most important thing in my life to total strangers? I was told however that I would receive an email link for a webcam where I could check in on him as much as I wanted throughout the day and my dog really needs daycare services so I let it go. However, by 9:45 I still had not received a link to a webcam and when I called in to ask about it- I was told they don't actually send out the links until around 9:45.... So why did you say you sent them out at 9?.. The entire day came and went and I NEVER received a webcam link. Luckily I had enough common sense to search for and download an app but when I tried to access the webcam, it just played a 10 second add over and over and over. Then when I had to leave work early to go pick up my dog because I had been lied to three times at that point and I have no clue what's going on with him, I expressed my frustration to the person at the front desk and they advised that the coaches actually get in around 8:30.. Like what?? No one knew what was going on, completely unorganized, and for all I know- y'all could've just locked him in a crate all day and if you were to say differently, why should I believe you? Your employees lied to me three times on our first day and I never received access to web cam to prove otherwise. Terrible first (and last) impression. Be better.
Loveliest people who work there. They take such great care of the dogs and are understanding when something happens.
My dog loves to go to Dogtopia. It's nice that we can check in on him and verify the fun time we know he is having.
Everyone there is so friendly, and we appreciate all they do for our dog and the others.
Always very friendly and my pup always seems tired and happy when I pick her up ! I trust them to take the best care of her !

The coaches are amazing - friendly- very informative and very caring with our fur babies. Always a smiling face when you enter the facility. My pup was very anxious and not very social . After her second day she was opening up more and having fun. Having so much fun she’s exhausted when she gets home. lol! Would highly recommend Dogtopia to everyone . They are amazing with all the fur babies.
Our dog is always so excited to come to her 'club day' once a week. When we pick her up she's exhausted and happy.
I appreciate the little extras that happen throughout the month. Photos are always so funny and cute. I love getting the occasional text with photos as well.
The bathing services are convenient and they do a great job.

My pup and I LOVE Dogtopia! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Being a new dog mom I was a little nervous about daycare but they completely eased my worries and I know he is in good hands when I take him there. My puppy Murphy always comes home happy after a day of day care. Thank you Dogtopia!
The facility has no outdoor space or yard. The dogs are all in a large room.
They poop snd pee indoors as well.
For this reason I could not recommend daycare here except for short periods of time ( under 4 hours).

Everyone is super sweet to my dog, I appreciate they learn all of the dog's names and personalities.
My puppy had been in few Daycares before we knew about Dogtopia and I can say. Dogtopia is by far the most profesional one. Every single employee had been very nice and friendly. They take the time to explain the information very well. I really enjoy watching my puppy through the webcams. I feel so well seeing my dog so happy when I drop him off and so exhausted when I pick him up. I can tell for sure he has a blast every time he goes there. Thank you for your work and for providing such a nice place for our puppies.
My dog loves being at Dogtopia - he drags me in the door to get there. That says it all!
I really enjoyed the meet and greet! The staff was very helpful. I love video cam so I can watch Palmer. I like the fact that when I pick up Palmer he's tired and that's a good thing. We're looking forward to the next play day.❤️😃🐕

Like daycare program...I do boarding needs work...as my dog can't manage 12 hours plus in a crate...would board more if better services provided for overnights
