The staff are super friendly and make me feel comfortable about putting my dog in daycare. I love that I can watch him on camera! I highly recommend Dogtopia of Berkeley Heights!
Your services are great and my dog loves to be greeted with gusto upon entering. He enjoys his time there and behaves well upon returning home played out! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable to keep the dogs well. Bllitzen and I are very pleased with the time spent there.
My pup LOVES it here. He loves the staff, they love him back, and he’s always on 10 in the car on the way in the morning. When I pick him up, he’s still on 10, but much more tired. Appreciate y’all!
My dogs look great every time they get groomed at Dogtopia. They also smell so good. They enjoy playing at the daycare. I’m really happy everytime they go there.

The people. All of them are amazing and it is OBVIOUS how much they love the dogs!
The staff were all really friendly and kind, answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough overview of the fees, amenities and a tour of the space. They asked me a lot of questions about my dog, which tells me they really value safety which made me feel so much more comfortable about leaving my dog there. They also allowed me to bring her bed/toys etc so she'd feel as comfy as possible.

I think you need more staff
the employees all seem very nice and attentive! i like that there is outdoor and indoor spaces with camera access and that there are special event type days! my one wish is that there was some turf or grass area for bathroom use but this is not a huge deal
i love the webcams and facility here. i feel like the staff truly cares about the pets and is very attentive. i am very picky about who i leave my dog with and i definitely trust them!
The employees are very sweet and know my dog by name. They always make me feel safe leaving her with them
Genuinely love how much you care about our dogs! They get lots of love and care from the entire staff. Accommodations are great as both of our pups have to be no-contact with other doggies for separate reasons but happy they enjoy each others company!

Staff take the time to know our sweet dog. When he comes home he is so jazzed and happy. That lets us know he is in good hands.
I think it would be nice if the associates had poop bags on their person/easily accessible. There are times where I see dogs eating other dog's poop because the associate had to run over to the side of the play area to grab a poop bag, and before they could get back to pick it up, the poop has already been eaten.... Gross :( If they're able to catch it right away, they could remove the dog from the situation and immediately pick up the poop.
I love that my dog gets free play all day and is being watched by trained employees to ensure the safety of every dog in the room. I feel very confident leaving my dog in their hands.
The facility is incredibly dirty. Our white dog comes home black and smelling terrible.
Competent, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Premises are spotless and activities well organized. Nice to have a tour and let out animals see everything first before we board them. Glad they have play areas for exercise. Am totally impressed with everything!
Every time my dog comes home from dogtopia, he is sick. Possibly work more on the germs part of everything? I see why it would be common , but just a thought. The cameras were also not available after 4 pm many days. Could this be extended? Thank you
You can tell they love the animals and care about their wellbeing. Shoutout to Elijah for calming my nerves about bringing my dog and being so awesome. I toured a couple of places and Elijah won me over with his knowledge, kindness and how he presented himself.
My dog gets excited when he goes to Dogtopia. He runs to the door. The staff is friendly with my dog.
They need to dry them better
The staff was verry friendly, informative, and helpful. Used the grooming service and it was great everything I wanted. I recommend this place as a place to trust. Big thanks to this place.
