Ease of scheduling, kindness of people working there!
I love Dogtopia. Maggie is always so excited to go and see her BFFF’s. The canine coaches really understand canine behavior and truly care for her. Love that they work training into the day and fun to see what projects they do. Going to Dogtopia has also helped Maggie with her socialization and issues from being a pandemic dog.
Please repair the cameras. 2 of 4 rooms do not work. I understand you are working on it. I just wanted you to know that is really important to me.
I appreciate quick callback after requesting information. The screening day was great. It was nice to have update on my dogs. While I cannot afford multiple days a week (with two dogs it is outside of our budget), we will be dropping dogs off for play days snd boarding. I have already referred others.

Dogtopia is a great means of socialization for our dogs - they are happy and exhausted when they come home.
Taylor and the coaches really love the dogs and, especially important to me because my dog can sometimes be grumpy and/or quirky, they work hard to get to know each and every one of their charges. Even though my pup doesn't particularly enjoy being with other dogs, he prances right into Dogtopia happily. Having him in a situation a few days a week where he has to acclimate to being with other dogs, is an important opportunity in my opinion!

Friendly staff, convenient hours(!!!). I work a lot and my days are long and they are always so accommodating and amazing. My dog is definitely a lot to handle ant times and I appreciate the care and patience they have with her.
Make checking in/out faster
I would love to see outdoor area improved with misters, that way the dogs and caregivers can be outside more often. Then, during the early fall and late spring months when there will be more outside time for all.
Also, I don’t feel they were outside as often as they could be throughout the year, but with improvements like misters they would have more of an opportunity.

The staff is so attentive. Dogs all seem very happy. Place is incredibly clean
I absolutely love everything about Dogtopia Bloomfield!!! They were responsible for socializing my Husky who was afraid of humans. Now, he welcomes pets & rubs. I'm very happy.

I love the staff (each genuinely care about and know your pup), I love the personal touches (photos on social media/theme events/etc), I love that I can check in on the live videos when I’m at work if I want, and I love that you offer grooming services(we take advantage of nail trims often).

Eli has been a dogtopia’s dog since i’ve had him & i can honestly say being a Baltimore transplant with no family in the state… i’ve always felt like dogtopia was a safe & trusted place to bring him.

Gunner is always hesitant to go back, but when I view him on the webcam he’s always doing fine. Usually I see him following the employees around. We also appreciate how clean the facility is.
The manager i believe was who helped me; was extremely helpful with my dogs. They didn’t do so well initially but she listened to me and was willing to work with them how they needed to be approached and all has been great ever since. I’m grateful she didn’t give up on them going into a brand new space and now they love going!
I think everything is really great there and my dog lov e going. The only downside are the cameras are not always working
