They take excellent care of our pups. The webcam is a special advantage to see your pups interact with others. Our pups come home exhausted from all the play and care. We love Dogtopia!
Owner yelled at me and video of the incident to which she called a vicious attack did not come close to realistic description. She is rude and loud
Everyone is so nice and I was so impressed that you actually get to know the clients so well that as we pull up to pick up our pup you know who we are and to call the pet up to come out. So far my Tucker seems to really love coming!

I love the camera so I can see what my pup is doing.
Past several times we’ve picked up our dog he has been dirty. I understand not bathing my dog while he’s there, I understand if I don’t ask for grooming but picking him up with poop caked onto him is unfair. It’s usually severely stuck on him where I have to brush it out which means he has slept and played with other dogs with poop all over him. He’s a long haired dog so it makes for not a great time. This time my husband said something and the lady tossed (his words) the wipes at him to do it. It would’ve been fine if it was fresh to just clean it but it was caked on so we had to wait to get home. I use to drive out of my way to drop him off at Warwick but contemplate it now. It just seems that they don’t care anymore which is a shame. Lady at the front desk was also rude to my husband - as if she just didn’t care to be there.
