Great way to keep my dog active and socialized.

The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful. My Finn loves to go there and see his friends both furry and human! He enjoys the monthly activities and I enjoy being able to get spa treatments for him when needed. The webcams are great when I want to check in on him. He’s been a regular for 2 years (since he was a pup). I think it’s really helped him with socialization.
Everyone is really kind. I also really like setting up daycare on the app.

Having had experience with 4 dog daycare places in the KC metro area, I can confidently say that Dogtopia of Overland Park is such an amazing place to trust with the care of your dog! I’ve been taking my bernedoodle here for 3 years and she is not just loved and well cared for, she is flat out spoiled! She has seizures, her stomach is a mess, she likes to roll in gross things, she has a limited diet, she gets overly excited about any new dogs or humans and acts accordingly…she’s kind of a complete (but cute) mess and the amazing people who work there think she’s funny and adorable, they keep her safe, keep me informed, clean her up, go WELL above and beyond and clearly love her! The owner, Hilary, and so many staff members (I adore you guys!) have also been so incredibly kind to me and are genuinely lovely (and hilarious) people I look forward to talking with about their lives at drop off and pick up. They are the only people I trust for daycare and for boarding and it is so comforting to know that when I drop my dog off, they have everything under control! I seriously don’t know what I would do without them and their knowledge and genuine kindness!
It very innovative and clean. The associates are professional and knowledgeable. The dogs are happy and socially active.
It's always a great experience at Dogtopia. Somehow the front desk folks know my dog and that means so much.

I do not recommend any services
I'm setting up daycare and overnights for the first time. All the representatives have been thorough and extremely helpful. My only direct experience beside providing the required records and information was a meet-and-greet so far. Sarah and Bailey were extremely professional, accommodating, and I was able to watch my dog play with the others on video. The environment is spotlessly clean, and very well organized.

create a pee/poop area outside(with bags and trash can) so dogs can do their business before going in; add a camera in the toy box room or adjust so dogs can be seen at back end of room
Roxy is very happy and tired when she comes home. I like the different activities that are scheduled for the pups for special days. Staff is very friendly and makes me feel that they want to be there looking after the dogs and talking care of their needs
The staff always takes such wonderful care of my Chloe. She even looks forward to going.

Everything was well explained to my husband and I. Our dog Finn had an amazing time his first day and we loved seeing him play with so many other dogs in such a controlled environment. We are looking forward to lots more fun with Dogtopia!!
The team takes the time to know our dogs and really makes us as pet parents but also the dogs feel so at home. This is the first place our dogs have shown no anxiety about leaving their house of parents. I love the communication and outreach from the team!
All workers seem so happy to meet and greet the dogs and dog parents. Benny gets excited to go play.
Jordan the morning girl is not a morning person. She doesn’t smile or really greet my dog. It doesn’t leave you with a feeling that she will be treated isn a loving happy way. Violet is amazing and Bane.
The staff is always so friendly, and you treat the dogs well. I appreciate that if you think something is off with your dog (like ears need to be cleaned) they call and let you know and check with you to see what needs to be done.

Staff is very personable, caring, friendly, kind, they pay attention to details. Facility is clean. Hours are great to drop of early when needed. Our dog April knows the staff and feels comfortable.
