The staff is really great with my dog. They are all kind and pleasant individuals who seem to really enjoy their jobs. The facility is clean.

Dog grooming
Anna was absolutely wonderful. My dog Belle actually liked being there vs other groomers in the past and the person behind the desk was also very nice. She looks and smells wonderful still!
I absolutely love Dogtopia for my dog. Gigi always has the best time there and everyone is so nice.

We love that this company truly loves dogs. Not just the clients dogs, but they care about the homeless dogs. As a rescue you don’t have a lot of companies that do their part to help.

My billing has had incorrect multiple times to the point where i was overcharged over $300. I am the one who noted the discrepancy and after reaching out felt I was brushed off without anyone looking into it. They said it was a one time mistake when it was months of double charging. I went through my own statements and only then did you refund my money. Two weeks pass and I start getting double charged again. Each time I am the one to catch these errors and again I was told I'll be refunded one incident when there are multiple. It feels like you are trying to steal money. Other charges cannot be explained. We were handed an ornament by staff, were not told it cost money, and were charged $10 without our knowledge. Overall terrible system, terrible customer service. The only redeeming part of dogtopia are the actual people that take care of my dog.
