The web cam does not work half the time though
I like the transparency the operation and the tour and glut of info offered at the beginning. I like how positive the staff is and they seem to be fine handling high energy dogs like mine.
I never got the photo of my dog that I paid for for st Patrick’s day 😬🙄
when I pick my dog up after being there eight days, he had three days of food that they had not opened. He was so hungry when I picked him up he jumped into the back of the car and tore the food bags apart 😬🙄😳😡

The staff at historic was very friendly and my choice to use the Uptown location was mostly based on convenience but the odor in the historic facility was amazingly strong. Both the dog bathroom smell and the cleaning smell. Another deciding factor to use Uptown was the less offensive smell.

I think the daycare is great and Brunson loves being with the other dogs. However I feel he picked up bad habits of going to the bathroom in the house now when he was very well trained. I think being in a room with other dogs where they are using the bathroom wherever is tough because he started doing that when he was in our home after being in daycare. So I enjoyed bringing him there but don’t think being there would benefit him.
Safe atmosphere for dogs, kind staff
Very Friendly and flexible staff that really take good care of the dogs.
I like being able to watch my dog throughout the day on the cameras! He always seems happy and is thoroughly worn out when I pick him up.

Our dog loves Dogtopia, which is partly why we love it. But we have also had great experiences with the staff. Everyone is so kind and excited to see our dog which makes us feel he is in good hands! We also like that we can opt for a special treat to be given during the day.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding Nova’s recent daycare visits. I scheduled teeth brushing on both occasions, but it wasn’t completed the first time. Yesterday sane thing when I asked if he got his teeth brushed . it was finally done, however it felt a bit rushed and could have been more thorough.
I really value the care Nova receives, so I’d appreciate a bit more consistency and attention to detail with services that are scheduled. I hope we can ensure this is handled more reliably going forward.
What not to like!! they take care of our furry doggies, the activities they arrange are fun and engaging, we just love it
Everyone is friendly and calls our dog by her name as soon as we walk in the door. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. As soon as we pull into the parking lot she starts howling, wagging her tail and wiggling around in my arms. She can't wait to get out of the car and pull me inside.

Everything! The staff, Susan who runs it all. I wouldn’t trust my dog to anyone, until I found this place. Always fun things for the dogs, they genuinely care and take care of the dogs. Love them !
Even though my dog does not frequently go to Dogtopia the staff always remembers him and his quirks and takes such great care of him that I don't need to worry.
Team at Dogtopia is patient and very kind. My pup loves going. I feel blessed to have a friendly family to share my pup with, when he has to be away from his. Thank you
