Dogtopia is family and I can completely trust my dog with them. She had such a great time with all her friends.
I'm not a huge fan of the "subscription" pricing model. The daily pass system was better for the customer as we would never miss out on days. In the current subscription plan if you don't use the days you lose them, great for you but not so great for my budget.
Friendliness of staff. Efficiency in responding to requests and questions.
The staff are the BEST! The facility is clean, convenient, and the pets and pet parents are all wonderful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just wish the price hadn’t increased.
Not make us do meet and greet visits when we've already previously done them.
The friendly people who take care of the dogs. The app is very good and makes it very easy for me to book appointments
It’s pretty wild in there with so many dogs. My pet is very quiet — she doesnt bark or bite and begs for human attention. She didnt get much of it. We will certainly continue to try as its may be good for her
It would be great if you were open on Sunday and had a dog training program or more structured activities.

I think the staff are very friendly, professional, and kind to my pup. My dog loves going to daycare and saying hello to all the staff at the front desk and back in his play room. I also like the convenience of scheduling a bath when I don't have time to do it at home.

Staff is very personable, caring, friendly, kind, they pay attention to details. Facility is clean. Hours are great to drop of early when needed. Our dog April knows the staff and feels comfortable.
