The reason your rating is not 10/10 is because the prompt payment discount is too insignificant to matter. If I pay the bill quickly and save less than $11 for a delivery totaling over $1100.00, that is pathetic.

Our delivery driver Bill was incredible. He took the time to fix our gauge and show us how to correct it if it gets stuck again. He also showed up first thing in the morning, as we were worried it was an emergency. Incredible service and a great man. Thank you!!!! Krista on the phone was also super kind and waived our emergency fee because it was a tank issue. We are so thankful!
