I have had great service whenever I needed to speak on the phone with Downeast. The oil delivery bill is clear and offers a small discount if paid within 10 days. Their website is easy to access for my account. We have been customers for 43 years.

When our new tank arrived, it had a leak. The installer had to rush it from our yard. A new tank was delivered with no issues about a week later. I had complete confidence in the man who installed it. He was confident and knowledgeable.
