Let me start off by saying that the Alamo Heights store in San Antonio has mastered the art of making their customers feel not intimidated. They are super approachable and knowledgeable of their product line. When you walk into their store, they greet you but don’t force you to feel like you have to buy. They have learned how to approach you by asking critical questions to gauge your experience, knowledge, and wants. After short assessment, they are able to point you in the right direction for what you’re probably looking for. They do not try to oversell or upsell you which is comforting and allows you to feel open to ask questions. I went to this shop from a recommendation from another Trek store on the west side of town. Tim their professional bike fitter, greeted me and was thoroughly prepared for our appointment to help me get my bike set up correctly. It was cleared to me that he’s done this a very long time and was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Every step of the way, he would educate me on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the result will bring. Our scheduled time was for 2 to 3 hours however, Tim work through a 4 1/2 hour session to ensure I left with the best fitting I could have. I cannot say enough about how this experience was. Whether you need repairs, parts a new or used bike or professional fitting Alamo Heights has your back.12 out of 10 rated.

Location was good with plenty of parking, as soon as you entered through the door you were greeted and accepted as an equal, unfortunately i have entered other businesses and no greeting and their atmosphere felt suffocation and out of place, your atmosphere and staff were amazingly professional, i felt i am glad thr first experience was definitely a return for my business, thank you for your GREAT SERVICE!!!

Refurbished my 33 year old Peugeot mountain bike. Cheaper that buying a new bike!! Accessories are a bit expensive!

Had my flat tire fixed right away by Jeremy. Excellent service. I would have saved about $10 had I gone to another bike store, but this one was convenient to get to in a hurry.

Service staff were professional and friendly. My bike is running like new. For some reason, someone lowered the seat by about two inches while it was in the shop, so I had to get my hex tool to loosen and adjust it to the original position. Not a big deal.

Trek Alamo Heights handled my bike shipping flawless twice. Sent to bikes to Los Angeles and they gave excellent services packaging the bikes. Gil and another individual helped me and their follow up was perfect. Last name removed Beebe

Great customer service.

Love the store setup and customer service/support. Wish you guys did prior bike trade ins for upgrades and would resell used Trek bikes especially for kids. They grow so fast and their skills develop so differently that it makes spending the amount of money on a kids Trek almost ridiculous if there isn't a supported secondary market. Would be a great service to the community. Especially with cultivating long term, multiple purchase customers. My son will need 4-5 bikes or more over the course of his childhood/adulthood. I'd rather buy Trek, but the cost for a kids bike is a bit off-putting.

I like your people. Gill was great, he looked over my bike very thoroughly and explained what it needed and why. I also attended one of your bike classes on repairing flats, I can't remember her name but she was a petit, dark haired young woman with glasses. She was great and I would attend more of her classes.
The one thing I would like to say that can be improved is the information on classes. She said she was offering more classes but it's not easy to find on your web site.

They were able to service my bike promptly so that I didn't miss much trail time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a flat on a ride. Staff took care of my problem right away. Able to get back on the trail. Thank you.
