Fast and complete service, reasonably priced. Your mechanics are more than willing to describe in great detail the nuances of any service or repair. They ask the right questions to get to the root of the problem. When it's time to pick up the bike, they explain what they found, make recommendations that may prevent future related problems, and are very patient with customers like me who may need the extra explanation.
