These folks actually care about you, your bike and your cycling adventures. They're competent, courteous and professional with a broad range of knowledge and no grumpy bike mechanic snobbery. Unlike a lot of bike shops, they treat you more like family than customers. Which is why they have so many long term and repeat customers.

We were greeted warmly by Tim in sales and Jeremy in service who helped us with selecting a new bike. They took extra time to explain all features and options. We never felt rushed. Excellent customer service!

Tim was wonderful, he actually took the time to listen to what I was shopping for and had great recommendations. The bike I ended up buying had to be special ordered and Tim was super communicative through the whole experience.

Tim and all of the staff are why I chose to buy my son’s bicycle from this store. I’ve come in there several times and never did I get the sense I was an inconvenience. They’ve adjusted previous bicycles for us, answered probably boring questions, and shared a few tips/tricks.

This level of customer service is hard to find, really anywhere today. So next time you are around the shop, stop in. Ask questions. You’ll be happy you did!
