I have ridden Trek for years. I just purchased a Domane an couldn't be more pleased. I did a full fit kit with Tim and he absolutely nailed it. I have never been as comfortable on a bike and I am riding with much more power. Every employee I have worked with at both stores has been incredible. Please keep up the great work!
Tim's deep knowledge of both bikes and biking convinced me that buying from Bike World was my best choice. He spent 90 minutes fitting my bike and didn't try to upsell me with items I didn't need.

The entire trek staff was and always has been extremely helpful. Purchased an SLR7 and I am very pleased with my road bike, I will continue to purchase all my bikes from Trek on Broadway. I strongly recommend trek for all things bicycle related.

I came in to address a blistering on the front and rear tire. They were quick to address the issue and offer me a replacement. They have always been consistent with their amazing service and I will definitely continue to come back!
