A-someone always answers the phone. The level of knowledge varies between agents. Some read directly from the website while other offer I bit more detail. Possibly from personal experience? B-30 day return policy is tops.

The bike is great. I ordered a taller and adjustable stem. It did not come with the vertical bolt that goes down into the fork tube. It's a hardware store item so no real issues but disappointing. Old bolt had wrong type head.
