The customer service is great at all of the stores. It takes a while to wait for a representative depending on how busy a shop is or how many people are staffed, but the wait is worth it because the staff are so attentive. I brought my bike in because it got a flat tire after the first ride and they replaced the popped tube and adjusted my gears very willingly.
Though it seems much of the apparel runs small (shoes, jerseys, etc.) being able to return an item with no cost to me is great. The selection is good and the site is pretty easy to navigate. I do find it a bit weird that under my person icon it reads "My account -->" and "log out" even when I am not currently logged in. It's confusing. Also having the my account all the way at the bottom of the menu on mobile is hard to find and tricks me when I haven't been on the site in a while and forget.

Usually in stock and fast shipping. I live in a rural location and most TREK stores are far away with minimal stick selection. Staff is usually top notch for other services.

I guess a major reason I like trek so much is that I really love the bike store that sells them (landry's in Boston). they know their stuff and if they recommend Trek, then that provides a lot of confidence to me

I started biking again as an adult to help me lose weight. I picked the one thing I liked the most as a kid to help me. I started with a cheap bike and didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Then a riding buddy stated, "You need a bike that works with you, not against you". Those words could not have been more accurate!
I went to my local bike shops and test-drove numerous brands and bikes. The Trek Verve 3 was my favorite and I finally knew what it was like to have a bike work with you when you ride. I fell in love with that bike and the Trek brands. The service from my local bike shop added to that love because they have been helpful.
Fast forward to this year and I returned to the Trek store and bought my first e-bike. I remind people that you still have to pedal but I now go faster and much farther than I used to and I love biking even more!
