Smooth process, shopped and ordered on line, shipped to store and assembled, four days later I was on the trails.
Bicycle I wanted was hundreds of dollars less on line than in the store.
Store staff were helpful and went over the bike with me and made adjustments to fit me better.

My bought my very Trek Bike back in 2009 when I was active duty in the Air Force in Korea. It was a Trek 390 and I loved that bike. But with so many moves around the world to Mother Nature, my bike became unserviceable. I decided to upgrade my bike and purchased one online. I purchased Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2. They delivered to Plainview, NY. When I was picking my bike up, the gentlemen that were working made me feel at home and apart of the Trek Family. It was a very hot day and they offered me a cold drink and to hang out in the cool lounge while I waited. The helped me pick out new accessories and gave me amazing suggestions on other products. They shared stories about the Trek Brand and told me all the journeys they have been apart of with the community. The gentlemen there left a lasting impression and I truly grateful for everything. I am looking forward making new memories with my family with this bike. Thank you again.
