It's always good. I was surprised to find out that you don't offer pivot bearing kits. I was told to order each one separately. Trek was out of some of them. Other companies offer bearing kits.
I've been riding Trek for years. Between my son and I we have a Stash, Slash, Fuel ex 9.8, and rail 9.7. Pls consider offering the kits. Thanks and Aloha-Name removed
On-line and local store have been very good! Picking up my orders at the local TREK store is convenient for me, and saves shipping cost. Keep it up!
I love trek bikes, im currently on my second one and wanting a ticket s as my third one, (if i could get one for free i would love it) but ive had zero problems on them.
The site is easy to use and the sales have been great. My local dealer will always be my prime source for bikes and more expensive gear but it's good to have the Trek site for ordering accessories and clothing.

Much easier than the store. To get the part at the store would have required two round trips. One for the prepayment, and one to get the part.
