Through Red Barn Refresh last spring I was able to get a better bike than I had budgeted for. The bike has been fantastic. The card, however, stating that my first tune up was FREE was worthless as my local dealer who sells Treks but is not a Trek Bicycle Store could not honor the certificate. There are three Trek stores around Boston, and they are too far away to bother with the free basic check up, especially since I do almost all of my own bicycle maintenance.

Unbelievable bike…fantastic! But why isn’t an owners manual delivered? Electronic or otherwise?!?! I transitioned from a 2000 model bike and am unfamiliar with all the technology. I’ll figure it out, but the manual for all the 2025 tech should’ve been provided.

I've only used my shoes once so far and i LOVE THEM. I recommend them to my friend that I cycle with.
I don't like "clipping" in as I never dismount with the same foot, so have a good cycling shoe that allows me the freedom of not clipping in or clip in later is a blessings. The shoe is comfortable for both walking in after a ride and for cycling.

I highly recommend them.
