It was easy to order my bike through my local Trek store and they made sure everything was adjusted. I was able to pick it up at the store and not pay shipping costs. My bike was on sale too!

After an inventory issue,i was offered a full carbon Slash for a huge discount. Customer service was absolutely wonderful to chat with,bike showed up in 4 days and is a work of art. I'm a first time Trek rider and after this experience I have no plans on riding anything else in the future. I also had 3 grandchildren that ride,they will all be on Trek bikes.
