Quality Quality Quality. Trek is such a huge brand and I bought my first Trek 7000 back in 1997. 2nd one in 2022 and just bought my wife her FX2 in March 2025. We are definitely a Trek family. Light and easy to use
Everything was great. I made a mistake, ordering the wrong color and the customer service rep I talked to was helpful and resolved my issue quickly. When my bike arrived, in the right color, it was super easy to assemble and get straight to riding.
When I texted the support people, they were very helpful. My pre-owned Red Barn Trek was shipped out very quickly!

A conundrum….shipping for small items is expensive…..and the local Trek shop is about 35-40 minutes drive from my house…..what do I do?
