I've never been to Fleet Feet before but I recently was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was told by a couple people to go to Fleet Feet. I went in not knowing what to expect but was definitely surprised by the quality service I received from Brayden (sorry if I spelled it wrong!). He listened to my wants and needs and definitely gave me many options and explained thoroughly what I needed and why. I will be returning and recommending you guys to others!

Shannon made me feel comfortable with the fact that she knew what she was doing and there was a possibility that the products could possibly help me with the shin splint type of pain that I am experiencing. The service was excellent. Whether or not I highly recommend will partially depend on whether or not I get some relief. It was a pleasant experience.
There were 7 people who appeared to be working and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask us if we had any questions. They were busy socializing. The guy who asked was actually helping the only other customer in the store.

The sales associate was excellent and new her products.
The team is super helpful in finding the right pair. Help with foot and gait analysis, and then finding the perfect pair among dozens. We tried 4-5 models across 3-4 brands and then tried them again with different insoles. Super grateful for the amazing advise and knowledge share!
