The overall facilities and equipment (i.e. E-Machines). Friendly staff for the most part. A few exceptions, but always my goal to show appreciation to those who work there.

At the New Haven, IN branch, I am enjoying the new weight machines that enable you to follow along a path with different weight and options available. Plus, the previous weight machines are still available along with many other exercise options. The staff is very helpful, too.

Love the pools and especially steam room. Life guards are very nice.
Locker room , showers are excellent.
Good variety of classes. Friendly instructors. My favorite classes are Enhanced Fitness, Pilates and yoga classes. The entire building has a nice energetic atmosphere to it.

The friendly atmosphere.. Good instructorsl, and most of all the ability to work out for heath with several offerings. Have been going to the Y for at least 6 yrs and is one of my priorities.
