My orientation seemed tailored to me. I said I was preparing for knee replacement surgery, so I wanted to see how pool-walking would work, and in the gym, which equipment would be good for gentle exercise and conditioning.

Great facility that is well maintained
We have always had a relatively good experience with the Y aquatics program over the last 7 years, but our most recent experience has been excellent. This excellence comes from the talent of one swimming instructor, Chris Carlson. Chris is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, approachable, patient, motivational, and kind. Chris is a blessing to my children and the aquatics program over all.
Very pleased with the equipment and very pleased with the person that worked with me showing me how to use the e gym was very informative.
