Not intimidating. Friendly and helpful
Imani is a great communicator, energetic, determined and perfect with kids. The kids love her yet respect her. I couldn't wish for a better leader for the LITs. The only improvement that could be made is the summer camps having more capacities ;)
Has what I need to keep healthy
The facility is always clean, the equipment is always kept in the best shape, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help.
The employees are nice and welcoming. When I have brought up a rare concern regarding behavior by children, it was quickly addressed. This Y is close to my workplace and is a nice, relaxing area to visit in the afternoon and walk.

Warm pool is wonderful. Your employees & members are always so friendly, up-beat, & helpful. The Y is kept very clean. It’s a real pleasure & privilege to be able to go to this Y.
People are friendly and the wellness center has great equipment to workout on too.
The y provides so many activities for my family and I. I love that there are now programs to allow my kids to use the weights and cardio machines. I love the variety of classes that I get to take. Zarifas Zumba is my personal favorite. The community that you build with regulars is so great. We also love taking advantage of the outdoor pool at Jorgensen. I love that sauna and steam rooms in winter. The best thing to warm you to the bones. We love our Y!
Instructor Jane at chair yoga is very pleasant and great instructor.
I really appreciate the child watch service at the Y. The workers are caring, patient, and helpful. I feel confident leaving my son in their care.

It’s family friendly. Casual environment. It was comfortable for me to learn how to use the equipment. Attending exercise classes is an easy process. Lots of things to do for the whole family.

Love that kids are very active physically and spend most of the time outdoors. Love that they do field trips weekly. My kids love their camp counselors too! Only downside I've noticed this year is LITs are allowed to have electronics and I wish they did not. My LIT does not have electronics for a reason, but she's getting a lot of exposure to other kids' electronics when I would much rather she be playing! I do like that LITs are given a little more freedom in other areas though.
I love group fitness. Could we get sound absorbing material put on the walls of the gym and track. The noise is a bit much.

Everything about my visit was stellar. I was greeted by the front desk staff as soon as I entered the building. The Outdoor pool was closed at first due to thunder so we went to the indoor pool until it reopened. The pool was very busy with Aqua Zumba and families. Life guards were on top of everything ensuring it was a safe environment for everyone. The Aqua Zumba instructor, I believe his name was Steve, was incredible to watch. I will definitely be back to take a class from him! The outdoor pool reopened and so we went out there. There were plenty of chairs to rest on and the lifeguard staff was very attentive to what was going on in the pool, especially the young man in the yellow bucket hat. He did a fantastic job supporting the rest of the staff and I felt safer as a result of seeing how seriously he and the staff take their jobs. Well done Jorgensen Staff.

My son has ADHD and also lost his dad during summer camp. Staff have been in close contact
to keep me updated on his behavior and how to best support him and his success with peer relationships. Hannah is wonderful.
I like the variety of classes and activities offered. I enjoy swimming laps and haven’t had any issues with overcrowded lanes.
