Friendly and helpful Y staff, clean environment and equipment kept in good working order. A variety of classes for all ages and child care at specific convenient times for working parents. Plenty of opportunities for girls and boys to be included in sports throughout the year. We worked hard to get this Y back in the day and it is still maintained and operated with care.
Good experience
I like the classes, especially Silver Sneakers, Zumba, and Line Dancing. The instructors, Yo, Katie, Kelly, and Shelley, are outstanding.

The heures and space
There is plenty of equipment to use. Rarely do I have to wait to use a machine. The workout area is always clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It's never overly crowded. I can get to a machine or weights easily.
I love the variety of classes available and so many choices based on levels of fitness. As an added benefit, I have made a lot of friends while improving my health and fitness. The staff at the DuPont Y is always so helpful and friendly. A total win: exercise I enjoy, fun, friends, and health benefits!

It's a healthy way to create and build community with all walks of life, ethnicity and ages. There's something for everyone - You just have to look and see what's in it for you and also see how you can give back too. This particular Y has a unique layout inside and out and it's landscaping is beautiful.... Thank you Parkview Y!
I have greatly benefited from the chair yoga class lead by Jane. She transitions smoothly from the many stretches we do. I even do some of the stretches at home when my back aches. They normally relieve my aches and pains of being a senior.
Egym is great. Staff are the best. What more can you ask.
