I like the class and the balance part of it.
This location is close to my home , not too busy at the hour I came. Staff is friendly. Environment is pretty clean too.

The Central Branch YMCA is such a special place for me and my community. This location is truly a third space. Without this location, I wouldn't have any reason to have a Y membership. Top notch!
I really enjoy the warm water therapy pool for its size and temperature. I am able to exercise and keep my arthritis more calm. Your lifeguards are very friendly and attentive.
The only question I have is "why can't you keep the decking around the pool and family changing/locker room floors clean?" Do you not have proper equipment or personnel? All the other areas seem to be very clean.
I love the 24 hr experience. The only piece of equipment I would like would be the smith machine. I love to use the smith machine especially if I am lifting by myself.
Lots of different classes.
The Y has many classes that are beneficial to all ages. I like that there are many exercise machines, Walking track along with many classes that are heart healthy, everything to keep you healthy by exercising. Teh staff are all very nice. I love the Y.

Nice quiet atmosphere although I do like to walk to the music playing that everyone can hear. Keeps us old guys moving to the music.

I use the weight machines and walk on the track. People, for the most part, are considerate and do not monopolize the machines by sitting there on their phones. Most are also pretty good about wiping down the machines.
The staff is always helpful when asked.

We've had a great experience with child watch so far. Our little guy is a year and a half old and has some separation anxiety. The staff has been so patient and understanding and has really tried to make him feel comfortable.

The staff at CHILDWATCH are amazing. They know my children by name and they are so kind and attentive. I am so thankful my kids look forward to going every week.
