The staff and place are friendly and open. My aqua aerobics instructor, Kate, is very knowledgeable and changes the routines and music every day so we don’t get bored. The manager talks to people regularly. There is always something happening in the gym.
The facility also allows unhoused people to come in and shower. I think that’s a good thing

It's a nice big facility. Just wished the pool was a little larger and had more lap lanes in the morning.

I am a Senior. I enjoy the Enhanced Fitness classes. The classes are great for your health and they give you a community of people like you to make friends and do other things together.

I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere at the Central Branch. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and there's a great sense of community. The variety of equipment and classes makes it easy to stay motivated, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
