I really enjoy your e gym work out it saves my time and effort in my workouts I wish all the YMCAs would have them people do not know what they are doing missing till someone experiences the easy set up and time saved in having a complete and time saving hard As hard as you want it. Employees are friendly and helpful.
There are a lot of programs and opportunities to meet various needs.
The EGYM program is wonderful as it is tailored to each individual.

Nice people attending the ones attending the Y. I have met many nice people while exercising and we exchange quite a few stories and life experiences; nice rest rooms, kept clean at all times.
