Greeted with a smiling face when I walk in the building. The staff is always ready to answer any questions. Will be working with Katie, the personal trainer. I am excited about that.
I am recovering from cancer. The hardest part is getting my strength and endurance back. The circuit at the Y has been very helpful. Working with Katie will be the next move up.
I like the facilities.
I like using the EGYM. As a senior it has helped me gain strength and improved balance.
I enjoy the E-Gym at this Y. It's also smaller and not as busy. If that is what someone else enjoys, I'd recommend coming to this Y. Staff is friendly and helpful too.
The Parkview Y is personally my most favorite! I love the track, the larger steam/sauna room, and the fact the shower rooms always have hot water lol
I like the Silver Sneaker class on Tuesday & Thursday's. Shelly our instructor makes the class fun and her exercises are great. She's very friendly and all we ladies in the class love her sense of humor. She makes exercise fun!!

Equipment, well maintained and the facility is very clean. Good variety of equipment and workout stations.

They supply sweat towels as well as towels and spray to clean equipment after use for each patron.
Good general club for fitness.
It's convenient. Has all the equipment I need to stay in shape. Now if they could just get people to STOP dropping weights, put back their weights and quit wearing open toe and backless footwear...we might have something. Oh, and while were at it...police the kids running backwards on the track. 🤦🏼♂️
As a senior i enjoy using the warm pool and have told friends about how nice the warm watter makes exercise feel.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, classes well crafted, option for individual coaching has been invaluable, facility is clean and fresh.
Is Mason the greatest Y care/summer camp staff member of all time? I think yes. Demi is a close second.
I took my grandsons to the outdoor pool. Excellent lifeguards. We love the new chaise lounges. We had a wonderful time. Great music selection, too!

I attended your Flex and stretch class and enjoyed every minute. I live southwest but they do not offer this class. I will travel across town to take it

I was in at the DuPont YMCA working out and there was an employee physically on her hands and knees cleaning the workout equipment. She was doing a marvelous job! I am truly appreciative of that attention to cleanliness and the accessibility to sanitation products when needed and which are located at every machine, wonderful! Thank You!
