The delivery service is prompt. We call for refill of our propane and it was delivered within 2-3 days.

We have used Freeman Gas since we first built our house over 30 years ago. We still have the same tank that is located outside. It has survived major storms, snow and icy conditions. Our house is located on a mountain. To reach us you have to drive up a gravel road and our driveway is quite steep with very little space to maneuver, however, Freeman Gas has always delivered our gas as needed.

I was very happy with my recent propane delivery service. Your technician was professional, timely, and courteous.
I also had called you for service on my fireplace blower fan. Your technician, Randy, came out timely and was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix our failed blower during his visit because the staff with whom I contacted by phone to schedule the service did not pass on critical information I gave them prior to Randy's visit--namely the model and serial numbers of my fireplace I gave them about three weeks ago so they could look up the needed parts, the price of the parts, and ordering of the parts so Randy could have them with him during the service visit.
Time and cost are critical for a business to survive. The failure of your receptionists to pass on critical information prior to a service visit will now require a second visit for you to repair our fireplace. This will cost you extra expenses for your technician's travel and time. i would have given you a much lower score because of this, but was impressed with Randy's agreement to come and look at the problem for no charge so he could pass the critical information to your "ordering" staff. I hope that you can order the part and schedule a new service ASAP. And please accept this as hopefully helpful criticism.
