I like the responsiveness of the staff to requests for delivery and the prepayment program that lets us lock in a price for the winter.
I appreciate not having to call to get propane. I'm guessing that you all have a way to read the meter remotely, or maybe you just stop every few months after figuring out our use patterns. Either way, we've never gotten too low, and the folks who come to fill the tank are the best! Professional, friendly, and safe.

Since we have no choice but to rely on Freeman, as it is now under Superior, responsiveness to our need for propane refill is our primary, and critical, criterion. By this measure, our most recent experience far surpassed our previous one, where we were in a potentially serious state of running out of our heating fuel.
We had almost 70% full tank when driver delivered. Would have preferred to have waited to a later time at 40% or less. (Would like to have a readout to driver from street).
We paid $20 in fees for a $269 delivery
Have changed to an on call as a result of all of this. We are full time and monitor tank %.
Also Driver only filled to 78%. Apparently in a hurry as did not put clip back on lid. Also dragged hose up gravel driveway that I had to large repair divot before it rained. This did not happen with our last delivery.
We are overall happy with superior plus and their service and telephone communication and help. When we were on phone about the prebuy purchase the cs person helped us figure out how much we should buy!!!
They took care of us at a fair price.
You have restored my faith in your service. We have been monitoring our propane gas level in case you did not come before we would run out.

Almost 20 years and always had gas when I needed it. Only once when the company changed hands did my tank go dry but they've found their feet and it hasn't happened since. Can't stand electric stoves, especially when the power is knocked out! Also have had help from the guys when my pilot light went out on my basement heater and I couldn't get it back on by myself.
Freeman gas arrived to fill our tank in a timely manner. The employee that I spoke with on the phone was helpful.
