Two days after Hurricane Helene came through my area, running low on propane, I left a note on the door of Freeman Gas asking to be put on the list of customers requesting a propane fill up when residential deliveries resumed. I was both shocked and pleasantly surprised when, on the following evening, your truck arrived to fill my tank. This is exemplary customer service, and I thank you for getting me through the next 5 days until power was restored.

I’ve been wanting to change out our gas log insert for a while, went to Freeman gas and decided to get a radiance heater. Tried for 3-4 weeks to get a call back and finally just researched online and went in and ordered the one I think will work. Ladies at desk were helpful but not knowledgeable.
I like that Freeman Gas is local and if any need arises, they are quick to answer.
