Despite negative reviews of Freeman being acquired by a larger company, I have ALWAYS received great service from them whether it's a repair or a refill. I stopped by on my way into town on the 7/8 and told them that I was getting low. They took my address, asked if I knew what my tank was at and said she would take of it. As I left I asked if it would be done the following WEEK and she replied yes. It was filled the following day! To me they're the go to company for gas service and supply.
Timely service, understanding staff.
I've had very good service for over half a century in a difficult place to deliver. Where I built my cabin in the woods was based on how far their hose would go. For many years I had a gas refrigerator as well as the stove, water heater, and a space heater - no electricity, plenty of comfort.
I can always get a real person who is knowable and polite!

Delivery drivers have been great and friendly and office people also have been nice and friendly and trying to help
Called to get delivery and they sent deliveryman out of Asheville who was very helpful and had to do leak test cause tanks were empty. Found a leak and called serviceman who was out shortly. He did leak tests and found where it was and fixed it. Both men were super nice.
