After years of poor customer service, mess up in billing, the merger seems to have fixed all that. Much better customer support and billing is correct. I do early annual buy for my estimated needs for propane. The billing is now correct, showing that I purchased X amount of propane and have Y amount left for the year.

When I call they show up I am also requesting an appointment for a technician to come by, I will be having a generac installed and I need to know where I should put it and how big of a tank I will need I probably missed the date that was previously scheduled because of the storm, if I could reschedule that would be great?

Excellent customer service always willing to help. My tank stays full.. no fear. I was caught in the middle of the blizzard of ‘93 and had to be rescued. Therefore, we heat is very important to me.
