I am very impressed with Freeman Gas's performance after Tropical Storm Helene. In spite of losing all your trucks to flooding, and in spite of phone outages, you coordinated propane deliveries, gas safety inspections, and repairs. The affiliation with Superior Plus Propane was invaluable; you obtained help for your customers that your local office could not provide because of your own losses. My propane tank was refilled, much sooner than I expected, by a delivery man from Connecticut. Technicians from Hendersonville did the gas safety inspection the next day. The day after that Freeman steered me to people who can replace a corroded yard line. The office staff, delivery staff, and technicians have all been all competent, helpful, and gracious in circumstances that must be very difficult. Well done!

Took awhile to get propane but was definitely not an emergency for me. Very helpful once they came, checked everything and made sure it was safe. Even checked oil in my generator so I could turn it back on
