I don't go to Poole, my membership is at Taylor. I love Taylor because I'm always recognized and respected by members and the staff. I been attending the YMCA for a very long time. I just love the air I breathe at the Y. I don't feel comfortable anywhere else.
I feel seen. It’s always clean. The staff is so friendly, and seems to really love their jobs and each other. That makes a difference.

I love how the instructors are so friendly! They even remember my name and that means a lot. The greeting/sign-in staff are so kind as well. JEFF IS MY FAVORITE GIVE HIM A RAISE! Love this YMCA. Also, can yall have a pilates class on the schedule? or yogalates?

The staff at Poole Family Y is amazing! Everyone is friendly, the group fitness instructors keep everyone motivated (try to get into 1 of their classes always full), and the membership people there aren’t enough words to say what a great job they do!
I wish the facility was bigger and we could have more classes at the same time (don’t know it there are enough instructors.
Overall this facility feels like family a safe place I can go for both my physical and mental well being.
