It's a great health club with friendly and helpful staff, new and/or well maintained equipment and machines, the members are also very nice and keep to themselves. The attachment to the greenway and parks nearby is a big plus. Lap and fun swimming plus sauna are great!

I like the vast variety of classes offered. The instructors are well trained and phenomenal. In addition, staff listens to member regarding suggestions and concerns. I feel wanted and valued. One more thing is the actives planned with seniors in mind.
