I love coming to the YMCA it does my mind, body and soul well. I used to participate in classes and loved what is offered. However, I would like to see a different caliber of classes being offered. I would like to have the "Y" offer aerobic classes that utilize the aerobic bench steps. This addition would make me happy and whole!!

The staff is knowlegable and helpful, the facilities are clean and well equipped, the classes are challenging and have helped improve my overall health, and, most special, I enjoy interacting with the other members as we workout together.

Excellent space for working out
Never been a part of the Y before. Just recently moved to the area and we're limited on the gym options but after joining I wouldn't choose anywhere else.
Staff is always super friendly. Place is always kept extremely clean. And there is plenty of options when it comes to things to do.
I'm very excited to have joined the Y and I'm having a great time working out and meeting other people. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Wow so many new classes! I got excited to see a Tai Chi class.

The great classes, the THRIVE group ( although my scheduling seems to conflict with family obligations from time to time) we had a death in the family 05/05/2024 so missed the 05/06/2024 lunch group…. The track and pickleball are some of my interests . 😎
People are nice. Zumba is fun. Kids area is very convenient.
