I like the fact that they have a calendar of activities and themes that the children work on after school.
The staff has been fantastic..,very patient with my Kindergartner, communicate well and my child has a blast. Most days he doesn’t want to leave when I get there to pick him up.

I just joined after a year-plus hiatus due to illness. I look forward to getting back into a workout routine. It also provides me a place to walk when the weather is bad and I can't walk on the Greenway.

The facility is clean and bright and the staff that works the desk on the week nights that we go are always very friendly and helpful.
We have had a great experience with youth sports as well as with Rachel in the personal training department. The facility is always very clean and everyone is helpful and friendly!
The facilities are excellent and the staff is helpful and always friendly; however the best part of the Pole Family YMCA experience is being part of the YMCA community. As an older member I enjoy seeing the young families taking advantage of all the Y offers; it reminds me of my daughter and my time in the Y Guides program almost 25 years ago. I am also proud of how the YMCA community encompasses not only the members and staff but also the larger Garner, Southern Wake County, and ultimately the entire Triangle community. The YMCA gives back to the larger community in so many ways and I am happy to be a small part of that.

Love this YMCA out of all the ones I've been to in NC and NY. New Bikes and Stairmasters are solid. More space for free weights now.
I would recommend moving the smaller dumbbells in front of the mirror you just opened up in the back of the floor and move a couple benches over there as well to work on. Would eliminate the weird space issues between walking the track, the overload of people looking for a mirror. to rep with.

The general atmosphere of wellness. I could go on and on, but that’s it. Other clubs promote the same idea, but it’s rarely more than skin-deep.
I enjoy the classes.
Smooth, the staff is very friendly and always say goodmorning and always states your name if they know it. It's only been a week since joining but so far enjoying the classes that I have taken.
