I would like there to be a policy that enforces late comers to classes. Late arrivals are disruptive to individuals that show up on time. Late comers crowd folks that come to class on time. Also, enforce class maximums.

Everyone is so nice everyone one you meet that works here are friendly. The facility is always clean. The classes and instructors are fun and accomodating to all fitness levels. The child care is the best 2 hours of my daughter's day she loves the teachers. The YMCA child care is better than most big national day care centers..

We would love it if the kid zone was open for more hours to allow working moms to workout! That’s our only ask!
Everyone is friendly, pleasant, and courteous. Especially the instructor, Shannon, very patient, helpful with me learning how to swim at this late stage in my life after almost drowning when I was younger. It was a challenge to get back in the water but she made me feel comfortable able to relax. Not only did I finish the swim lessons, I learned how to float using the kick board, I accomplished my fear.. Now I'm doing aqua zumba. This is a milestone for me. Proud of myself.

Everything! The staff are friendly... Kim remembered my name even after a couple of months of my absence. I love the pool.. I do wish it was year round. The facility is clean. The staff are helpful... Beth heard me say that I go to another gym some because they have a certain piece of equipment that my physical therapist suggested and Beth took me to one that gave similar results and made sure I could do it.
Bottom line is that I am impressed!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Every time my daughter and I walk in, we are both greeted by name. The daycare staff is AMAZING and my daughter loves going!
The instructors are great. I love the classes and options for classes. I like that equipment such as spin and treadmills are replaced every so many years because equipment breaks down
