It’s a clean facility and offers many classes for young and old. I do wish there was a bit more for seniors. The staff is very nice. I’ve made good friends while working out.

Welcoming environment, great class offerings, clean facilities. Gym/weigh training area is a little tight on busy days but is well equipped and managed.

Everyone is so friendly from the people at the desk, all the group fitness instructors and administrators that we see in the complex. I always feel welcome!
My work hours don’t always allow my time to volunteer for some of the events the Poole YMCA has but I love reading about how they help the community on social media platforms.

This particular gym is the best gym I have ever been a member of!! In terms of cleanliness, the Poole gym is remarkably well kept up, and impeccably clean. I am sure that the other YMCA gyms in this area are equally as impressive, but what makes this particular gym stand out is the PEOPLE. The folks who work here are all incredibly kind, extremely helpful, and they CARE about each person who walks in the door. We are all greeted part of a group of friends. The Poole YMCA is a very special space!

Staff members were pleasant and welcoming. Facility is nice, but the track is rather small. I'd lose count of 16 laps to make a mile.
