The staff are truly unparalleled. They are so kind, friendly and genuinely happy to get to know you over time. We’ve been members for just over a year now and it really does feel like home! The front desk staff are amazing. We especially love Melissa and Kim. Robin is an amazing instructor. The staff in the kids care are absolutely above and beyond incredible. We know that our kids are loved and paid attention to while they’re there and that makes it so much easier to get in a good workout. We really like Audra, Ayesha, Kelci, Chrissy, Veronica, Michelle, Beverly, Mary Anna, and Mariah. So grateful for such a wonderful community place to be!

I have nothing but one of the best experience with the staff and th employees at the Poole YMCA. Everyone is professional and very helpful in meeting your needs. This is why I recommend the Poole YMCA to my friends, lea,ily, and neighbors.

The counselors are well-trained. They love the children and stop problems before they begin. The counselors are approachable and tell parents about issues that arise and suggest resolutions.
All three of my kids are having so much fun. My middle school age boys are coming home saying they love it. They love the counselors. They love the games they play. My rising kindergartener is loving her first experience there and wants to keep going.
Everyone that works there is soo kind and truly made y camper have the BEST Week. i am so thankful for the staff and the summer camp offered!

The Poole Family YMCA has something for everyone. Sometimes I will take a class and other times I may lift weights or get some cardio in.

I'm glad that I live close to the YMCA. I appreciate the friendliness and willingness to help attitude of the many staff members. The facility is clean and organized. I enjoy the exercise programs for us older folks.
The counselors are always friendly and outgoing. Our daughter loves going to camp and after school with them.
We were so pleased with our experience at kindercamp this week! The only downside is, I am sad that I did not sign the kids up for more weeks this summer. The staff, Mary Melissa, and all of the other counselors were wonderful with our two children. I love how it is a smaller ratio and all the staff seemed so passionate about working with the kiddos. Our children, Vivian and Landon absolutely loved coming to camp every day! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Pool time, lots of physical activity, and emphasis on play and health
The facility is a short drive from home and although it's usually busy, you can get to most machines when you want.
The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The other members are equally friendly and helpful when explaining how to use some of the equipment
