front desk staff are friendly and helpful; place is clean; thanks for putting colored towels back for cardio equipment; good selection of equipment but weight area can get crowded. it's getting expensive for two seniors!!
I find all the people at the Poole Family YMCA friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, well organized with sufficient equipment and scheduled programs to meet everyone's needs. The trainers are wonderful!!! It is a pleasure to do my workouts there.

Great staff
Wonderful instructors. There's a welcoming atmosphere not just among staff, but also the patrons! I can't imagine working out anywhere else.
It has a nicer relaxing feel, friendly staff, and a variety of activities for all age groups. The highlight for me is being able to shoot a little hoops, I’m 74 and have not been on a basketball court in a while. I love watching the kids play basketball while I’m walking on the track that over looks the courts. The sauna is a big plus nice way to end a workout.

It would be nice to get more aircopn in the cycling studio. Can get very hot in there during full classes.

Clean facility, a lot of various types of group fitness classes, activities, and community involvement.
Everyone is always very nice during pick up. Often our daughter doesn’t want to leave or wants to be picked up later so she can stay longer.
My daughter enjoys the experience (crafts/activities/games), so that makes me happy.
The coaches are wonderful
Its positive and friendly. My son has grown in his confidence and loves going to the Y for basketball!
