I find the YNCA. Is a very friendly atmosphere and tge staff are very happy to help at any time.My only gripes is some members spend more time on the machines while on their phones.

My daughter enjoys the childcare; the staff are all so sweet and caring with her! And I love the yoga and pilates classes! The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. I'm really enjoying my experience at the Poole Family YMCA!

Great place to work out. Great trainers for a really good price. Great fitness classes with great people leading them. Very good equipment and always being maintained and updated. Friendly and helpful staff.
Today, I got super assistance from front desk signing up for a Thrive event.
I love the new earlier hours! I wish there was a bubble on the pool for winter swimming. I also wish there was additional space and machines for strength training and a deadlift platform like at the Alexander branch.

It is friendly. It is clean. Treadmills are always available.
Staff, Equipment, Facility, Classes.
It’s clean and not super busy. My only real gripe is that the squat racks aren’t aligned with the mirrors on the wellness floor. Annoying for the gaps between mirror panels to visually cut me in half, and make it harder to see myself while working out.
The staff and the exercise instructors are very welcoming.
I haasber enjoyed meeting new peeople at the Y.
