Kaitlyn (spelling?) has been excellent as a leader and counselor for our kids in aftercare. She is safe each time at pickup and secure with not letting anyone into the building and personally walking everyone to their cars. She has a great personality overall and is easy to speak with when it comes to parents. She is understanding of kids with medical issues (i.e. ADHD, etc.) and has not been quick to judge. She also has great manners and etiquette (wrote us thank you cards for their Halloween treat bags for counselors), and they make it fun for our kids. We always feel comfortable with our kids in the YMCA's care at WSES.

I get to connect with friends and friendly people as I work out. I like the layout of the weight room. Many good fitness classes. A lot of outside light from the many windows.
