The childcare is very consistent and staff are kind and engaged with the kids, which makes a big difference for my kids feeling comfortable when I drop them off. I really appreciate how welcoming instructors are to new people and that there are all types of bodies, people and ages that work out.
I like that the lockers rooms and showers are always clean, quiet and comfortable.

The Poole family Y is my one of my favorite places on earth. That staff I love dearly, Ms Nadia, Jeff, Brian, Robin, Noah, Spielman, Ms Kim, McFarland, and others I haven’t mentioned always put a smile on my face when I come there.
The members I love dearly as well, the comradery is second to none. I will highly recommend anyone looking to be part of a culture that is wonderful to be a part of.
All of this is said with me taking aside the fact after work basketball is now being condensed in a fashion where its consequences were not thought out.

9:30am classes are consistently great - excellent teachers and great variety of classes. Front desk staff are always super nice too.
I’d love to see Juli teach body combat more often! Please add fans or enable the HVAC to make the aerobics room cooler. Maybe change lightbulbs to LED to help with how warm the room gets.

The equipment in the weight room is top tier and it’s always so clean. Instructors are fantastic and staff is always friendly. Great gym!
