I love the clean facilities, the variety in classes, and in the summer, the pool is my favorite! I have also been impressed by how warm and welcoming the staff are - even when they are busy they still greet me!
The summer pool, the personal trainer, the indoor track, LOTS of workout equipment, always being greeted when I walk in the door (that's super nice), the cleanliness, the good lighting (it's nice and bright inside), the 2x/week morning class that's my speed (Thrive I think it's called).

From the front desk to the workout area the Poole Family YMCA is great! The workout area is always clean and so are the locker rooms. A very comfortable place to workout.

Facility equipment and staff
I like being able to maintain my health while meeting people at the same time
I came to play pickleball. Nice that you had 2 nets up (one for the first hour, two after that). It would be helpful if you provided balls. It seemed like there was one ball and after that, people were saying, "I'll get my ball". I frequently play at kraft. They provide a small basket of pickleballs for open play, as well as a whiteboard for players to sign up to play.
Very happy with the regular equipment updates on the wellness floor. Feels like the experience has regularly improved since I signed up. Not sure if a building extension is in the cards in the future, but more gym space would be a welcome improvement in the future. It can get crowded after work. As-is y'all do a great job with the space you have available.

Poole Family offers many different options for wellness. I love the classes, cardio equipment, and indoor track.
Noah has done a great job with communication. The coaches and staff are well prepared, and my son—who is not participating but there to support his brother—was very thankful for the headphones at the sensory table.
