I love the instructors and the classes. There is a nice variety of classes, and all of the instructors are extremely welcoming and encouraging, and they make being there and working out a positive experience. I also appreciate the friendly people at the front desk. They are always pleasant. The facility is well maintained. I have thoroughly enjoyed my membership so far!
Friendly staff, easy check in, parking adequate, class sizes and studio allow enough room to not feel crowded. Opportunities to volunteer.
Things I would like include warm shower/ locker room access after swimming, ping pong table downstairs, earplugs for the classes that use microphone and blast music so I can preserve my hearing and avoid headaches, moderate weight lifting class for older adults who don’t need to be in a chair

Starting at the entrance the staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I mostly take group fitness classes and it’s a wonderful community getting strong and making friends, I also work with a personal trainer who has helped me be the best me at age 67

Great, friendly staff; very clean facility; good equipment.
From being a military family I have gone to a lot of ymca’s over the years. But this one has been the best. From the up to date equipment. The friendliness from the front desk. It means something when they know your name and great you. But I absolutely love the child care/ kid zone. As a mom it’s hard leaving your kids with people but my son loves all the workers and the way they care for the kids is like their own.
A clean, friendly place staffed by positive, helpful people.
The staff is always positive. They take the time to learn members' names. They are so thoughtful and helpful. I love towel service! California does not offer that. I like the easy-accessible lockers.
I love how the Poole Family YMCA is always doing a little extra for members. I am so blessed and fortunate to be a member.

It is close to my home, clean facility, and friendly staff. It also offers lots of options that for my needs, like weights, pool, and basketball.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I work with trainer once a week and she is great! The facility is clean and nicely equipped. I do wish the indoor track was bigger. The members are nice as well which I believe is reflection of the staff’s personality.
I enjoy the recently updated and upgraded equipment here and still have good space for the floor and each muscle group type equipment. I’ve always had a great experience here with the staff and fellow members. Hands down my favorite Y!
