Amazing swim classes. Stella was an excellent instructor for my adult swim class. With a class with varied swim levels, she made sure every single person felt comfortable in the water and provided individual guidance to practice on. She also helped modify techniques for beginners to work up to. Highly recommend!
Really loved the zumba class with Willa. But also everyone is always friendly and I've never had any issues with the equipment.

The Downtown Durham Y is a terrific place to exercise, meet people and become more deeply engaged with the Durham community. This is especially true for those who are new to Durham, and seeking to become more connected.
Convenient location, wonderful sense of community, has a pool and a large gym with rooms for additional programming.

I love the friendly and diverse environment of the Downtown Y. In addition, there are so many opportunities to participate in wellness and fitness activities. The staff does a great job of programming and I am a big fan of the pool! Thanks for all that you do:)
