The exercise facilities are great, and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Only complaint is that the locker rooms are getting old and damaged (for instance some locker numbers are illegible), and facilities like the steam and sauna rooms are often out of order. Presumably when the new building comes on line, these problems will disappear..

Great people, good facilities. Just wish they opened earlier on Sundays and has kids zone on Sunday and weekday mornings.
Everything. My yoga instructor is awesome. She is a personal trainer for everyone, she remembers our “ailments” and gives us modifications. Swim instructors are great. I have made friends on the trac. Oh Brandon is awesome. Everyone at the welcome desk is friendly and welcoming. It’s all about the “Y”

It’s just original for me! Although you keep hearing about moving, improvement etc, which I’m still for, but as it is; it’s original , still positive , productive and meeting the needs

Great staff, members, facility, thrive classes! Only problem is parking.
Everything except the longtime fact that the men’s wet area and steam/sauna are NOT cleaned enough. Often it is quite “smelly”. I am a multi decades member and in the last five years I have not ever seen an attendant clean no matter what time of day I visit. Sometimes I just leave.
It was close to my location, customer service was great, the class was awesome good instructor.

The Downtown Durham Y is a fantastic cross section of my city; you can see all walks of life, races, nationalities, and ages. It is a beautiful place!
