The staff is always nice and the equipment/amenities provide everything needed for a well rounded workout.
The friends that I've made have helped me show up even if I didn't want to. We all help motivate one another and share experiences with one another. The staff are amazing! I exercise in the water and they make sure that myself and others that come to exercise via water aerobics or just walking have a lane for just that. The aerobics instructors are great and have helped me by not only doing the classes but given me praise when they notice that I've been working and getting stronger and will tell me different exercises I can do to help me reach whatever goal I'm trying to reach.
I was looking for a convenient place to swim, and the pool facility fits the bill. It's close to the apartment, and it's well kept. It's a little busy sometimes, though.

Great instructor and class (Clayton) and every single employee was so helpful and nice!
It was my first time there, and the person behind the desk was so welcoming and willing to help me find my way around. I loved the barre class with Clayton. The facility was large and clean. I liked that there were towels for members. I would like to return and use the pool at some point, and I will definitely be back for more classes.

I met with the nutritionist who works with people who have diabetes. I also toured the facility. It was very clean. I especially like the way the pool is laid out for families and training. I am thinking I would like to come here when I swim.
