I am not satisfied with the quality of the photos. I am so happy that you sent the survey. The proofs did not show the glare in my son’s eyes. If your company was really concerned about the quality of their product, I should not have received these photos.
Please tell me how I can return them for a refund.
Too expensive, photo was bent
It was expensive and I have not received a photo. I did get proof to get printed but I think that is very overpriced.

I have been in contact with customer service. My daughter’s photo (Ella Last name removed) had bright white spots on her cheeks and forehead. I paid for retouching and it did not happen at all. I spoke by email to Emily in customer service and sent her a picture of the supposedly retouched photo. She has not gotten back to me regarding the photo or any way to make it right. I ordered an 8x10 and a 5x7 and paid for retouching on both.
There was confusion when my daughter was in line during graduation and was moved through the line quickly and her eyes were closed in the picture. She was very upset. I did order the picture to have something to remember the date but they are in a drawer because she does not want them displayed. She knew at the time they would probably come back closed and when she told the person taking the picture they did not help or care. A second picture should have been taken. Very disappointing!
The prices are ridiculous. $40 for 2 prints for a graduating person that may or may not be working. I wanted 3 of the 4 pictures, but i refused to buy the digital downloads 3 for $100 are you kidding me? Digital downloads should have been cheaper than prints, but of course they weren’t.
