Image not sharp (motion blur / missed focus in the processional image). Selling a crop of a jpeg photo as a separate image to spend money on when we can crop it ourselves just buying the first image. Seems disingenuous. Glad I brought my own camera to the event.

I got my photo in the mail and there is a mark on the photo where it looks like a finger pushed the tape on the back and stuck to the front side of the print, removing the color. I haven’t called yet to get a replacement. What should I do?
