Easy, fast, and good service!
I did not receive my digital photos and have no way to contact the company to find out where they are? I spent $100 and have nothing. Please help!
The price was to high for not receiving a physical picture.

offer more variety to make affordable packages.
So far, I have had to contact Graduation Foto twice to resend my pictures because both times I received them bent. The first time the pictures were bent mostly on the edges. They were packaged in very flimsy envelope/cardboard. The second time the envelope was more sturdy, but the pictures were bent in the middle. I am still waiting to hear from Graduation Foto to get the second replacement.
I paid 177 for a package and paid for touch up. Touch i is p for a blemish was not done nor did I get a digital download that was to be included

Quality and Simple to process / order / purchase!
There wasn't much choosing when buying packages, not a lot of flexibility. More choices and building packages would be preferred. I would have bought more if I could have built packages with choices, as this obviously saves people money. My pictures came within the timeframe stated, however, my pictures were bent from the mail. Not the photographers fault, but better packaging instead of an envelope could help with that. Overall, I loved the pictures, they did a great job and my girl looked beautiful.
Potentially bring the prices down and make it more affordable if possible. The more expensive, the less effective...
The pictures turned out great and order was received promptly. Very happy
I picked the best finish package and all it was, was a laminated photo. I expected better quality for the price. I do not know what would have came if I would have picked the mid package. A print with no laminate? I could have got the downloads and printed and laminated myself, this way I could have better quality prints if I choosed with all pics downloaded.
The photographer did a great job capturing the moment!
My daughter’s eyes were closed in the picture getting her diploma. Have more/better options.
They are beautiful pictures. The finish is beautiful as well. They were easy to order and shipped directly to my home pretty quickly.
Some of the backgrounds were pretty funny looking. Otherwise they were OK

I have gotten zero response from their customer service support regarding my order which I never received. Yet I was charged 3 weeks ago, and never received an email confirmation or receipt for my order either.

I love the quality of the photos. The images are crystal clear. Ordering on the web site is easy. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for fantastic photos.

It was extremely expensive and many photos were out of focus.
I felt that the description for the photo with the holder was either not accurate or simply deceptive; and the laminated piece was below expected quality. I liked the magnet though.
I recently had photos from Walmart and they were of better quality. I felt really disappointed!
