There was too much Red in my photo coloring. My hair is red in the photo but in real life it's dark brown. There are plenty of ways to adjust that.
Mediocre color in photo
Half of the background choices were very poor choices. They looked fake and had nothing to do with graduating or the university or the event. Our older daughter's pictures had the university seal behind her and they were so much better.
Prices are a little steep for a digital download.
Packages are a little pricey. The photos to choose from are far away so you cant see facial features very clear till the photo comes.
The packaging should have been better. My photos were bent. We are extremely disappointed and not happy.

I’m a coffee-every-morning person. It’s been a running “trophy” for me to get a mug when my child graduates. The 15oz size is perfect. I love rotating between my 3 mugs that proudly display each of their smiling faces and Alma mater.
The photos were very grainy and the price was way out of proportion for what you get. One

I watched the photographer take most of the pictures once the diploma was given and they walked down to him and he made sure the tassel was

Too expensive. Charging more than $100 for few digital photos is a ripoff. People are still going to buy it because they don't have any choice, but there has to be certain limit to what you can charge.
I have not recevied my digital photos yet. Maybe a photo of the first hand shake on stage?

Amazing how many moments our daughter was photographed & then sent to us to order. Many options & sizes to choose from. Loved that the pictures included Engineering, Michigan State University & 2024 at bottom of picture. Plus very reasonable prices!

The prices for a simple print are outrageous. The 5x7 ordered does not even fit a 5x7 frame, it is too small. Poor quality all around
