Out of 8 snaps 2 were identical and 1 wad a closeup of the other. It is expected that varied shots are taken.

The handshake picture was not a good angle, there was a dude in the middle of the background. Overall, the other back grounds are not really flattering. Perhaps telling the students to remove the name stickers off their diplomas so there's not a white sticker showing. Just not great pictures overall of a very momentous occasion. I ordered only one picture as a memento, but I think people would be more apt to buy pictures if a few alterations were made.
Wed-site maneuvering between cart and images POOR! Facial recognition loaded tons of photos never would consider and NOT grouped well. Could not crop photo at top, only bottom to clear hands, etc from date stamp. No close-up om ramp with tassel change, etc. Prices and packages not enticing!!!

The shadow of the cap is on the background that makes my daughters head look like she has two horns
Photo I received it look like smudges or glue based on the background and when i asked for the new photo copy or refund. It was asked to send the damaged photo and I have to pay for the shipping. It was very bad customer service. I will never recommend.

I know line moves fast when taking the pictures but they should at least tell you to fix the hat or things like that.
1st the price - people 1 (one) download cost almost $60 (sic)
2nd we should be informed before graduation where pictures will be taken
3rd I have some objections for the quality of the pictures

I am incredibly disappointed in the prices. I understand that as a business having healthy margins is attractive - but I simply can’t imagine that at ~$100 spend per student at 3,000+ students won’t cover the cost of having a few employees staff at the graduation for the day…
I feel for the low SES student who had to work for 4 years both in academia and the workforce to pay for their college, only to have the only photo available to them cost $60-$150 for a digital jpeg that cost less than a cent to take.
As a customer - I felt like I was forced to pay for the only photo from my graduation - in which parental and personal photographs were discouraged. This may be my colleges fault and I get that, but I was very dissatisfied with the cost of the photo.
Insanely expensive! I shouldn't be ripped off for one decent picture.
