order shipped quickly, quality is great, what I ordered (not a large order) was affordable.
You don't have to do anything to make it right the sample photo that you sent me showed me I wasn't going to be able to see her face and that the lighting was weird so it's not a big concern. I got it just for a Memento for her scrapbook but: the angles are weird, well below the stage. The picture's incredibly red and you got the president's profile and my daughter's hair but I can't see her face at all so you must have been in the wrong position while they were receiving their diplomas. The picture you took of her and her best friend you cut the friend in half/out of the picture. A second editingvthem you vould have cropped the bestie out and it would have been better than half of her in the picture.
In the day and age of digital photography, very little effort is required to process photos. The prices you charge for a simple download of a photo is outrageous. I get that this is a lifelong memorable moment, but I feel you prey on that fact with your pricing.

Pictures were great. But spending over 200 for digital prints after spending thousands getting through college is kind of tough. Hope College should be providing these at their expense as a reward for graduating and paying huge tuition cost.
The picture lighting was not up to my expectations, also they do not look as professional as other university pictures
It was super easy to use and edit, even from a mobile device, then to place order and receive great quality photos quickly.
It was so quick, we received the graduation photos even before his official degree arrived.
They sent me a picture of my son at graduation that was completely blurry. I trusted that I would get a great picture so I didn't take extra pictures that day. I have informed them of the situation and was told they will see what they can do. I am EXTREMELY disappointed because we cannot "REDO" this day. Paying me back my money is NOT going to fix that I cannot get a professional picture taken of my son on his special day. I suggest you find a new photographer. I had one and ONLY one picture to chose from. It did not look blurry online.
$60 for a single digital is rape.

You took the only really good picture of my daughter and just zoomed it in and tried selling it to me. Which I fell for and bought. Didn’t realize it until after. I could have zoomed it in myself.

My photo was damaged in shipment. I provided a proof by sending some pictures. They asked me to send it back for a new one, and I dont have time to send it back.
It shouldnt matter what size package you purchase you should be able to mix and match the different pictures in each one
quality of prints was excellent. Price for prints was a bit of a shock.
