Cleanliness and the friendly staff
App, scheduled exercise classes and instructors.
Non-judgemental classes and a space for people of all walks of life to support their health and wellbeing. The space to work out as much or as little as you would like.
And the sauna! The women's sauna is an oasis, particularly in the winter. Everyone has been respectful, with the exception of one young woman playing a song on her phone.
(Perhaps a more visible sign noting that it's a quiet space...?)
I love the variety of classes available and that there are offerings throughout the day. The instructors are great!
The coaches!!! The kids are learning and having fun.
Good membership, make new friends, the staff, the front desk welcome you with a smile every morning and I know most of their names.

The Early Learning Center has been a fantastic place for my kids to learn and grow into their own personalities. Every staff member love the kids and wants them to be successful. My oldest child went through the program from age 2, and they were very prepared entering Kindergarten! THANK YOU!
Convenient location in town, a well equipped facility with reasonably priced membership fees.
It has everthing I need. I love the accessible steam room and the many available classes.

The facility is clean. That’s key. There are a lot of offerings. And I like the clientele — I’ve met nice people and it’s a cross section of folks in our area.

We love the Montclair YMCA. I was a member with my family as a child and I have come back since starting my own family. It truly is our second home. We love swimming, we love the children programs, and so much more. I would highly recommend. It’s more than just a gym it’s a great family resource!

Staff is friendly and helpful.
At Hillside, Ms. Monty is wonderful. She is extremely professional, cares for all of the kids. My kids have been attending the YMCA aftercare since kindergarten, and she is without a doubt the best counselor you have at the Y.
