I like going there when I got time
I love all of the choices that the Y provides. Weather you’re looking for a group fitness class, personal training or weight or cardio machines, the Y has it all. I also love the indoor track for when the weather isn’t so great. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The membership is also very affordable. I love my Y family and friends. I love being surrounded by like-minded people making their health (physical and mental) a priority. It’s the best way to start my day!

I have had a great experience each time I've been at the Y. I love the range of classes, everything is always clean, and the staff and members are so friendly. Brazillian Dance Fitness is my favorite class and the instructors are amazing.
There's something for everyone, I like watching them play basketball while I work out. Good energy, you guys have payment assistance, 24 hour gym, pool is nice, temperature is okay.

I love that there is so much for the kids to do as well as the adults. My son loves running the track and being able to workout with Dad. My family also enjoys the pool and hot tub.

The Dow Bay Area Family YMCA is a very friendly and positive environment like a second home for many. The facility is well cared fir the a very welcoming staff. I enjoy going to the YMCA most everyday as it is like therapy.
