The friendly workers! How clean the entire Y is from the workout area to the locker rooms.
I enjoy the early morning openings at 5am. Always greeted with a Good Morning by Name once they get to know you. The morning time has many of the same thinking, who enjoy this time ethier before work or to just get there day started. The pool is my place to workout. One can schedule ones lap time easily online. There are also many classes available through out the day for all ages. I can say I have not checked out the many other area's but one can see and hear in the locker room that freinds enjoyed there morning workouts. I know this has to be true all through out the day as well.
Thanks for building such a nice place where people can come to workout and meet others as well.
The Dow Area YMCA has an exceptional selection of equipment in both weight rooms and the indoor track is a wonderful feature for runners to get their miles in during icy conditions!
The staff is always friendly, the facility clean, and the location is super convenient!
I love that my membership dues not only support the things I primarily use the Y for but also so many community programs benefiting all age groups.

Your staff at all levels are friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome and even missed if I don't come for a while
I really enjoy the classes. They get me moving and shaking. The teachers are wonderful. Kind and patient. I need the guidance they provide.
Wish you would bring back towels at the pool and have a few big fans upstairs; especially in the summer!
Love my workout class and being able to get a run in if it’s too dark or bad weather. The people at the desk in the morning are wonderfully nice and always pleasant when I arrive.
It does seem a bit cost prohibitive, so that would be one reason I would not recommend. A lot for families I know would not be able to pay even a discounted portion for membership.

I like the track a lot. I like to walk and I get bored on the treadmill easily. The track allows me to have lots to look at and I end up walking for longer.
I like the accessibility of the 24 seven room to fit my schedule. The classes and Amenities offered provide activities for people with multiple interests to stay active for a healthy lifestyle.
