Family friendly
Being a member of Dow Bay Area Family YMCA is a sense of family. It is a positive experience meeting friendly people who exercise and friendly people who work there. The membership cost is affordable. The hours are excellent. And the equipment is always clean.
I like the opportunity to play daily pickleball. I have tried a variety of the classes and found them to be fun and great exercise. I have also dropped 14 pounds since joining the Y. I contribute this to the different exercise choices that make working out at the Y fun and not boring.

I joined good Friday 2022. I like the choice of 24 hours fitness and the hours during the day. Lots of choices for my every changing working out routine. I have yet to try classes. Friendly employees

Great classes and friendly staff
I like the fact that the YMCA is a place the whole family can go have fun. I enjoy swimming with my granddaughter an have even got her swimming lessons for a birthday present. The YMCA is where I learned to swim as a child. She is excited to start class.

I’ve only been member little over a month, but so far I like the cleanliness of the facility. I also like the fact that there is so much variety in the late PM classes the Y offers to folks.

You have the best pool staff. Rob hendry is amazing and so friendly.
I like to think that in our times the Y is the best platform in enhancing the societal experience: Today we talk in terms of accountability what we used to precise as expectation because we’ve learned through time that while accountability leaves room for error, expectation does not, or can be manipulated by pushing the goal post farther. So complaining doesn’t set the bar, nor does expectation but what raises the actual bar is compliments and deliberate gratitude. As a people if we don’t regard our institutions as exceptional in what they represent than we set no bar, people will not understand gratitude no more than what they will understand complimenting other’s successes. The Y gives the opportunity through feedback to compliment our “Sprit’D’Corp’, to show gratitude for our community as we stand as one, and not becoming sub-divisions within ourselves. Diversity is good, only if we can act as one, only if we can commit to each other, only if we can peel back the outer shell of what we can see with our eyes to understand that we all physically live and breathe in the same sphere of reality. The problem if there is a problem, isn’t that we don’t want the same things, the problem is when we can’t share the same things we want!!
There are a lot of exercise and wellness options offered, the facilities are clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. The desk staff are always friendly and helpful!
