The Y has definitely taken the time to train their staff to be kind and very helpful to patrons. I enjoy working out and to see the families and people getting healthy. The Y leadership continue to keep new programs and opportunities available! I also appreciate when evening or early morning classes are available for working adults.
The 24-7 is my favorite. I use it during normal working hours but it’s more secluded and private. I feel comfortable in there.
Keep up the great work. The Dow Y is a great asset for our community. I enjoy the smiling faces even at 5 am in the morning! 😀

I love that it is so clean in the facility. Always appears to be people cleaning and picking up after people.
All the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The whole building is clean. The pool classes are very nice. Upstairs gym and walking/running area are nice. The variety of work-out equipment is good. People are always coming and going, so even if the parking lot looks full, you will always find at least 1 opening to park.

I love how the staff greets you by name everyday. The facility is always super clean. There are always numerous activities going on at one time. Never a dull day! Would 10/10 recommend the YMCA to everyone I encounter.

It is a place full of natural light and friendly people. We have a good choice of exercise equipment that is well maintained.

I have highly recommended the classes "Jeff" teaches. The TRX is excellent. I also enjoy and get a great work out with Monica, "step up to the barr" and Spin with Mary Eilleen.
Would love to see a pilates class offered.

Accessibility, wide space, all kind of machines, swimming pool, hot spa, friendly team, welcoming, all kind of other activities, and low price for all that is well worth it !
